What is the coverage of warranty?

ULTi products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.

During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective out of the box.

This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

When is the warranty effective date?

The warranty begins on the date of delivery.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our return policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

How much are the shipping rates?

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within Singapore. For orders under $30, we charge $3.50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am - 10pm on Weekdays & Saturdays. We will contact you via call, text message or WhatsApp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact our support team for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including HitPay (with options like credit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers), Atome, and ShopBack.

Can I use multiple payment methods for my order?

Unfortunately, we do not support splitting payments across multiple methods. You’ll need to choose one payment option at checkout.
